From a Counter to a Landmark
In 2009, Rajesh Khanna opened a modest counter in Nehru Place with a simple belief: technology retail should be honest, expert, and human. No pushy upselling, no grey market products, no confusing jargon — just genuine advice from people who live and breathe technology. Fifteen years later, that belief has grown NovaTech into a 5,000 sq ft showroom with a dedicated service center, custom PC building lab, corporate division, and a team of 40 specialists serving over 100,000 customers.

Head of Hardware & Custom Builds
Vikram leads our custom PC building division. A certified ASUS ROG and MSI builder, he has assembled over 3,000 custom rigs and personally stress-tests every NovaTech Vortex.
Priya Menon
Audio & Wearables Specialist
Priya runs our audio demo room and curates our headphone and speaker catalogue. A trained sound engineer, she helps customers find the perfect sound signature for their ears.
Imran Qureshi
Lead Build Technician
Imran has built and repaired over 5,000 PCs in his 8-year career at NovaTech. He leads our repair bench and trains every new technician in our quality standards.
Sneha Agarwal
Networking & Corporate Solutions Lead
Sneha designs network solutions for homes and businesses. She holds certifications from TP-Link, Ubiquiti, and Cisco and has deployed networks for over 200 corporate clients.
