1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Delhi NCR including New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Gurgaon. For deliveries outside NCR, we ship via insured courier to all major cities in India. Contact us for availability in your area.
2. Delivery Timelines
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM within Delhi. Next-day delivery is available across NCR. For rest of India, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Custom PC builds require 3-5 days for assembly and testing before shipping.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all orders above ₹5,000 within Delhi NCR. Orders below ₹5,000 incur a flat ₹100 delivery fee. For deliveries outside NCR, shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Free Setup & Installation
Every delivery within Delhi NCR includes free setup, configuration, and a brief demo by our delivery technician. For complex installations (wall mounting, network setup, multi-device configuration), additional time may be required and is included at no extra cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also call us at +91 92334 56780 for real-time order status updates. Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any damage before accepting. If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For accepted deliveries, sign the delivery confirmation and retain a copy for your records.
7. Bulk & Corporate Deliveries
Corporate and bulk orders are delivered as per the schedule agreed in the purchase order. Our team handles imaging, asset tagging, and deployment to individual desks. Delivery timelines for bulk orders are specified in the corporate quotation.
