1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NovaTech Computer Store website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing and product information. Images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and no-cost EMI from major banks. For corporate orders, payment terms are specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Warranty
All products carry manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. NovaTech offers additional extended warranty and AMC plans. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
5. Returns & Refunds
Sealed products can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Opened products are subject to a restocking fee. Custom-built PCs, software, and consumables are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Services
Repair services carry a 90-day warranty on the specific repair performed. Custom PC builds carry a 3-year assembly warranty. AMC terms are specified in the AMC agreement. Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on parts availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
NovaTech's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
